Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all crane hire, hoisting and heavy lifting work carried out by Aashirwad Crane & Hoisting Solutions.
Quotations & Booking
All quotations are based on the requirement details you share and remain subject to equipment availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after written or verbal confirmation from our office.
Site Conditions
The client is responsible for providing safe, level and accessible ground for crane placement, along with any permissions or permits required for working at the site.
Operators & Safety
Our cranes are deployed with trained operators and riggers. Lifting operations follow standard safety practices, and our team may stop work if site conditions become unsafe.
Charges & Payment
Charges are calculated on the agreed hourly, daily or monthly basis. Mobilisation, demobilisation, idle time, overtime and taxes are billed as per the confirmed quotation. Payments are due as per the agreed terms.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be informed as early as possible. Charges may apply where equipment has already been mobilised or transport has been arranged.
Liability
We maintain our equipment and follow safe working practices, but we are not liable for delays or losses arising from site restrictions, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
